Class War

On February 9th, a 52 yr old homeless man was beaten by Fresno Police officers. The police department is
struggling to justify the beating, claiming thet the tape did not catch the attack of the homeless man ripping
off one of the officers badge. The two officers are under investigation by internal affairs. The vulgar display
of power is apparant in the video and has recieved attention across the nation. What I am seeing is more
than just police brutality, this is a clip of the class war.

No accountability! Luckily the media put this video on display for the public and police officers… but still one video still isn’t good enough. This happens all the time all over the world, and not enough people realize this.
No war but the class war, huh? Ugh.
Hurts to have that poor man be made a martyr on tv… We WILL avenge the suffering his and every other person that the police have victimized.

This is a pathetic thing that these pigs do in order to feel powerful. This is just one case that we have seen. There must be something done about this

This happened to my brother as well.
He back talked an officer and the officer said he was resisting
so he cuffed him and threw him onto the police car. Said he was resisting again then tasered him, twice.
Nothing happened to these officers that did this to my brother, who is by the way in the national guard.

kinda sad ain’t it

A question. Why did none of the witneses present try to help the guy? Sure, one of them grabed the camera, but how is that enough, especialy if there were multiple witneses? Sigh, to bad verry few of the audience of the station will realise this proves the class war is on. Anyone else think we need to fight a secret war with another secret war?

Nothing was done out of fear of the same fate or an obstruction of justice charge. It is fear that keeps people from acting. Social conditioning has taken place over the past few generations that has desensatized the masses. Abuse of power has become the social norm with common thoughts such as, “well, he must have done somthing bad”. The class seperation also plays a large role in public reaction. If this was someone of a higher social standing there would be much more of an outcry, if it would have happened at all.

The police state is untouchable. And I find that completely unfair. If they have the right to falsley accuse someone of “resisting” and use unneccesary force, I believe that we should have the same opportunity to treat them the way that they treat us! No more victims of violent crime! No more police brutality! And no more police state!

Legally, the police are allowed to use violence one degree more severe then what is aimed at them. But, also at a legal standpoint, the police must use discretion in their use of violence, and are only allowed to use violence until they have the subject under control.
But here we are presented with a video of two police officers brutalizing an older homeless person. I could only imagine the events leading up to this. The homeless man ripped the badge off one of the officers. They probably had agitated him in some way shape of form, also they’re more than likely dealing with an individual who is mentally sick, as the vast majority of homeless in the United States are former psychiatric patients who were put back into society after the government shut down the majority of asylums.
Unfortunately, these events occur every day and are not prevented by bystanders and other good Samaritans, and they will continue to occur until there is no police state. Until then we can petition for tighter regulations for the actions of the police and restriction on the authority of the police.

It is theoreticly possible to make a Citizen’s Arrest of a Police Officer. The Police motto is “To Serve and Protect.” Protect whom? Us, citizens. Police Officers are also citizens, despite the badge and gun. When one citizen witnesses another citizen committing a crime, in this case, assault and battery, the witness can, if they wish, make a Citizen’s Arrest. At least one person tried it.

Of course, other Police will intervene and make the actual arrest. You may be initially charged with assault, disturbing the peace, or any number of charges. Charges don’t matter. Convictions matter. Conviction depends on a Judge and a Jury, not a Cop or even a whole PD. Do not attempt this if you are not physically fit, skilled in fighting, and have access to legal help if needed. The matter may be “investigated” internally, in which case it was a waste of time. There may be repercussions both during and after the process. But it is legally possible. Check local and state laws before attempting this.
Also, Police Officers most likely will be armed, on or off duty. Before attempting a Citizen’s Arrest, at the very least read WikiHow “how to disarm an armed opponent.” Very light reading. Some Kung Fu and street fighting experience is highly reccomended.
An easier approach is, while the camera is rolling, to approach the officers with pen and pad in hand and represent yourself as a reporter for independent media. This will cause the officers to temporarily stop assaulting their victim, and may cause them to attempt to arrest you for obstruction, or even to assault you. Not for the faint of heart, and must be handled delicately. Best to approach with the camera visible (at a safe distance) and to speak in a loud, non-threatening voice.
Ask for the Officers name and badge numbers. Then one of two things will happen. Either the Officers will assault you and confiscate or destroy the camera, or they will quickly arrest their victim and hustle of to the pig box.
If you or your camera-person is assaulted or the evidence siezed or destroyed, it is important to take witness depositions on the spot. Then photograph yourself with your cell phone camera and send it to another caller. This message will establish evidence of your physical condition, time, and location. Unfortunately, this is probably the best method to actually press charges.
I have taken a police beating before, and it is not fun. However, cops cannot bring you to arraignment covered in bruises and bandages, and have charges stick. It just doesn’t work. So that’s my two cents, for what its worth.

Yea, put a badge and a gun on some people and this is what they turn into! The people in power, from local city governments, state government, and federal government all try to force their point of view on everyone else. People are afraid to just be theirselves becouse they are afraid they will offend someone. Many have been brought up this way and know no other way, they had rather follow the path than to make their own path and leave a trail, this is not their fault, their mind has been shutdown! They are what is known as sheep-people, the ones who follow the crowd becouse the crowd is wright. They have been conditioned to beleive this way by the people in power. And the sad part is, they had just as soon go along this path and stumble into death than to try to make a difference. Better to die free than begging some pig in power. This is not what our fore fathers had in mind for this country when they founded it. People need to take to the streets and toss the assholes out of office and put common people with a free will and mind in power. But that takes money and the pigs have all the money. You have to earn my respect, I will not give it to you, and I do not expect your respect untill I have earned it! Old School rules apply here
